Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nilabindu.

For returns of physical products (not services) purchased from our website, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of delivery.
For cancellations of services please refer to our cancellation policy in our Terms and Conditions.​


To qualify for a return:

• - The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of use or damage. Please note that we cannot accept returns of used or opened products.
• - Please include your order number, contact details, and bank account number (if applicable) to help us process your refund.
• - We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

If you are returning a defective product, please include a description of the defect. 

Return Shipping:

• - You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or there was an error with your order.
• - If you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery, we will only refund the cost of the standard delivery option.
