Sound Bath sessions are designed to guide you on a journey inward, with rituals in Sound and Stillness, helping you connect with your inner self. Each session lasts for one hour and offers a unique immersive experience that invites you to explore your thoughts and emotions. 🌿 Please note that our sessions are intended exclusively for participants aged 18 and older.

What to Expect
During a Sound Bath, you will be immersed in soothing sounds from full moon singing bowls, zen chimes, and other instruments. These instrument tones can help you reconnect with memories, find tranquility, and bring different emotions to the surface. Each session creates an environment where you can unwind and reflect by connecting with rituals of intentionality and gratitude.

Monthly Group Sessions in Laaksolahti, Espoo (4 sessions)
Our monthly group sessions in Espoo take place every Wednesday from 19:30 to 20:30. Each group features a different topic, allowing us to dive deeply into various themes that set the mood for your immersive Sound Bath experience. These sessions also incorporate the use of symbols and crystals to enhance your journey.

Private Group and Corporate Sessions
In addition to our regular sessions, we offer private group and corporate Sound Bath experiences. These sessions are conducted at your location within Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa, and last for one hour. The pricing structure is as follows:

- Base Price up to 10 participants: 200€ (ALV 0%)
- Cost per extra participant: 10€ (ALV 0%)

- Minimum participants required: 2

- Maximum Participants recommended: 15 (for technical requirements, you can consult for more)

Please note that participants are responsible for bringing their own comfort items for locations not provided by us, such as yoga mats, blankets or any other necessities for an enjoyable experience, as these will not be provided. 

Location Options:

There is also the option to provide a location in Helsinki for the session at an additional fee. When utilizing this option, yoga mats will be provided (available only at the designated location).

Preparing for Your Session

Before attending a Sound Bath, please review the following health considerations to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Individuals with the following conditions cannot participate in our sessions:

🔹️Pregnancy, especially in the first trimester.
🔹️Epilepsy or seizure disorders.
🔹️Pacemaker use or similar heart devices.
🔹️Metal implants, stitches, or pins.

You should consult with your healthcare provider if you have any of the following:
🔹️Heart conditions (including angina).

🔹️Severe mental health conditions.
🔹️Hearing aids.
🔹️Cancer.
🔹️High or low blood pressure.

By attending a session, you acknowledge that you are aware of these requirements and accept full responsibility for any associated risks.

Additional Information
🔹️Please arrive on time to respect the experience of others. It’s advisable to come 5-10 minutes early.
🔹️Bring any items that will enhance your comfort during the session, such as yoga mat, blanket, warm clothing, or an eye cover. For Pasila sessions, and for some special inquiries, yoga mats are available.
​🔹️We reserve the right to cancel the session if the minimum number of participants is not met, we will notify you at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. In such cases, you can choose to reschedule, receive a full refund, or get a code back (if an entrance pass was used).
